Maybe not published afterall

I got an email from the editor of my school's journal - because of the merger upset, they are delaying the publication of the latest edition. In fact, depending on what happens, some items may be pulled.

I was so excited that my piece was going to be published - and that still tickles me, even if it doesn't work out. AND I still want to share this piece that I wrote. It is a vignette about my father's wedding.
