Life sure has a way of bringing both the shadows and light together. Movement and possibilities along with illness and despair. Not my despair - but someone close to me. Not my illness - but, again, someone close to me. Movement for S and her wellness - one answer that is resolving her balance issue. Possibilities for me and my future - I may have a line on an office space two days a week.
And somehow I am holding it all - loosely and with compassion. With love and sadness, with joy and sorrow. Good news and terrible news - but I'll just take it one day at a time and honor those who mean so much to me.
